Disney•Pixar Cars: Speed Circuit is a racing-themed style guide created for the FH13 (fall and holiday) shelf season.[3] Starring the World Grand Prix racers from Cars 2, the theme focused on "blueprints and diagrams" invoking "mechanical engineering".[1] The guide also includes a small section for "spy"-themed characters, not dissimilar to the previous SS13 season's Cars: C.H.R.O.M.E. style. According to graphic designer Marton Perhiniak, different sub-concepts were created for "younger" and "older" audiences respectively.[1][2]
